These guys are great. The quality of home they build is unmatched on the Eastern Shore. They make you feel like family while you are going through the home building process with them.

Everyone at Piney Island worked to build the home of our dreams. From our first view of the lot with Duane until the time we were handed the keys, everyone was professional, patient, and accommodating. Duane made great suggestions for small changes as the house was built. Brittany did a terrific job of managing the schedule and making sure that any issues were resolved immediately. It was wonderful to work with the entire team at Piney Island. We recommend Piney Island to anyone who is considering building a new home.

The staff at Piney Island were instrumental in helping with the design, material selections and finishes that can be challenging when building a home. They were extremely flexible with the changes and alterations we requested throughout the building process.

From start to finish, we felt like family as that’s how we were always treated. The entire Piney Island Construction team, led by owner Duane Maddy, were extremely easy and a true pleasure to work with as they always went above and beyond to please us throughout the entire design/ build process, and their contractors were very knowledgeable and professional while also helpful and accommodating.

We’ve been living in our home for over 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier! We truly love it and would highlight recommend Piney Island Construction as they built our dream home as though it was their very own, and can’t ask for more than that!
